The Proud Veteran ribbon design above is mine also. The colors are those of the United States of America. The gold star represents the loyalty and dedication that all of our honorable Veterans possess and the singleness of purpose shared by all branches of our military. Thanks to Troy Mailen for remembering the service that our peacetime Veterans render to us every day.
The Proud to be a Military "Brat" medal design above is one that I made to recognize the children of our Veterans. The design is meant to represent the American flag and American pride. The small globe represents the fact that children of the military must often times spend their childhood traveling the globe with their military family. Thanks to Sharon Ray Renno, a Military Brat, for suggesting a medal for the children of our Veterans, and for the idea for the design.
The Proud Women's Army Corps Veteran is for anyone who has served as a member of the Women's Army Corps. Thanks to Margaret for reminding me to honor this incredible group of women.
The Proud to be an Embassy Guard medal is for anyone who has served as a member of the United States Marine Corps Embassy Guards. Thanks to my friend Robert "Bigbob" Kienietz for the idea for this medal.
The Proud Family of a Veteran medal design above is one that I designed for anyone who has had an American Veteran in their family. The design is meant to represent the American flag. Thanks to Cindy for suggesting a medal for family members of our Veterans. Sorry it took so long to get it done.
